About the Owner
Blake Thornton founded BTM Machinery in 2001 after working for a major international equipment dealer for several years where he oversaw the markets in Asia, Europe and the U.S. Blake’s intuitive gift for developing unique marketing and sales strategies has allowed BTM to grow exponentially, with sales to clients on six of the seven continents and offices located in Charleston, SC and Kathleen, FL (near Tampa). Under his leadership, BTM has become one of the most innovative heavy construction equipment companies in the industry and doubled its sales year-over-year.
