BTM Machinery, a worldwide seller of used heavy construction equipment has bought a tract of 10 acres in Summerville, SC to be used for the building of a new corporate headquarters. This facility will allow BTM to consolidate its dominate position in the sale and rental of used heavy construction equipment into the regional sales hub located in the heart of developing Charleston’s Distribution Corridor.

The new building will be located on Red Bay Road next to the Charleston Trade Center near the new Nexton Parkway. The state-of-the-art facility will expand BTM’s abilities by providing a retail outlet to offer its customers a comprehensive range of services including not only sales but rentals and repairs of equipment.
